Abs & Butts (CAC-G)...  All abs and butts for 30 minutes. Ready for strong and toned bums and abs?  Learn a wide variety of effective exercises to workout these key areas.

All Abs! (CAC-G)... Hard core, core! Be ready for 30 minutes of challenging exercises. A small group class guarantees everyone will get feedback on technique and modifications can be applied if needed. Come ready to work hard and have fun.

Basic Pilates (CAC-EG)... An excellent introduction to the pilates program, this class will focus on body awareness, pilates fundamentals, and the progression through the modified   beginner mat series.

Basic Training (CAC-205)... Learn the basics of weight lifting with a professional. Melissa Montre will show you how to properly execute exercises like squats, lunges and bench presses.  These are the fundamentals that have been proven time and time again to get results in both toning the body and burning fat. Get off to a great start in 2008! Basic Training is for all skill levels and will get you a strong lean physique.

Boot Camp (CAC-G)... This 5 week program is a combination of cardiovascular and strength training using your own body weight and the great outdoors (when possible).  Don’t deny yourself a great new body.  Sign-up early, space is limited.

Cardio Interval (CAC-EG)... Let's get the blood flowing and the fat burning.  Join Ericka for a quick calorie blasting workout that really gets your day moving!  We use the treadmills, stairmasters, and ellipticals at different levels & speeds to challenge your body to change.

Cardio Pilates (CAC-EG)... Pilates standing up!  It’s a two for one workout: core AND cardiovascular. Great for ALL levels.

Circuit Trainer Max (CAC-EG)... Come get a full body work out in only 30 minutes!!!  Define, sculpt and tone your body in this fun and fast paced fat burning class.  This class is sure to help you reach your fitness goals whether you are a seasoned trainer, or just starting out.  Circuit Trainer Max is offered twice a week for 5 weeks and will Rock you into shape!

Core 101 (CAC-G)... Can you remember the last time you did an ab workout? If not, this class is for you. We will do beginning level core workouts that will strengthen from the inside out. Variety and fun are guaranteed.

Cycle Circuit (CAC-EG)... Change your body in 30 min!  Try this intense cardio workout that tones and shapes you from the inside out!  We will use the stationary (Group Ride) ride bikes, gliding discs, and body weight to keep you burning fat and calories.

Cycle X-Training (CAC-205)... Stay in cycle shape through the winter months and be at peak condition when your season starts.
This class will use the exercises that all the pros practice to see real results! Cyclists are some of the fittest people on the planet and you can benefit from this training even if you don't ride! From beginner to advanced, every rider will achieve strength, endurance and power in the lower body and core! Don't waste a workout, X-train and reach you goals!

Extreme Makeover; Self-Improvement Edition (CAC-EG and CAC-205)... Now there’s a new way to remodel your physique!  This 30 minute class might just make you cry for more.  Let’s change the way you look at your exercise routine by finding creative ways to move and focusing on technique.  Step outside your comfort zone and arrive at a place where form and function meet.  It’s time for a fitness makeover!

Functional Fitness (CAC-G)... is all about feeling good or easing chronic pain! Create better posture by retraining your muscles in a system inspired by the Egoscue method, Yoga, and basic biomechanics. Aaron has 5 years experience in postural training and analysis, and his work has eased the pain and corrected misalignment in many people. This class is for people with misalignment issues, chronic pain, athletes, and people looking to learn more about how their body works! We will focus on balance components, vision exercises, and an ever-growing brain-body connection. This class will put Feeling Good into your own hands! Meet with Aaron prior to class starting for a postural assessment and individualized home-based workout designed for you specifically. Bring your yoga mats.

Get on the Ball (CAC-EG)... Are you looking for a little more stability in your life?
Improve your balance and increase your core strength while getting a full body workout.

Health and Fitness 101 (CAC-G)... This class will focus on establishing a challenging and fun workout routine, and learning better eating habits. Accountability, group support, and goal-setting will be the building blocks for the class. We will meet once per week, with exercise and diet goals established for in-between classes.
Have fun, get strong, eat good food! Each person will complete a 4-day food log prior to the start of class.

Interval Triathlon (CAC-EG)... Row, Run and Ride your way to better health!  This 60 minute class will challenge you to push past your fitness barriers.  Interval training will improve your cardiovascular conditioning by increasing your level of intensity in small, frequent bursts.  Each activity is divided into 15 minute segments.  Each segment is divided into intervals of varying intensity.  Will you answer the challenge?

John’s Camp (CAC-205)... This 5 week program is a combination of cardiovascular and strength training! Using your own body weight and the great outdoors! (weather permitting) Mt Tabor is a beautiful and challenging environment that along with Trainer John will inspire you to amazing fitness levels! Don't deny yourself a great new body, Sign-up early space is limited!

Nordic Walking - Urban Trails (CAC-EG)... Nordic Walking is the hottest fitness activity sweeping the country.  By simply adding poles to your walking exercise, you can effectively    engage your entire body.  Find a new way to increase your caloric expenditure by up to 46% while reducing the load on your joints!    This class will enhance your current walking program or start you on a NEW program WHILE ENJOYING THE OUTDOORS!  FREE 30 min DEMO Monday prior to the start of each session 10-10:30am.

SAQ-Speed/Agility/Quickness (CAC-G and CAC-EG)... Ages 8-18.  Athletes of all sports see improvements in speed, agility, quickness, power, acceleration, vertical jump,   self-esteem, eye hand coordination, lateral movement, explosiveness and stamina from SAQ training.

Sports Clinic (CAC-G)... If you are a high school or college competitive athlete, or just a weekend warrior looking to get an edge in your particular sport, this class is for you!  New to our staff but excellent in sports specific training, Dre will teach you the proper breathing technique, arm positioning, explosive running and weight training workouts, aiding you in improving your lateral agility and much more.

Super Split (CAC-EG)... Do you need a quick solution to your wandering workouts?  This great 2-day split routine is a sure way to spark your exercise interests!  Together we create an energetic weight routine for a total body workout in two intense 30 minute sessions. 

Travel Fit (CAC-205)... Are you an avid traveler? Any time any where, for business or pleasure the class is for you!  We'll focus on strength and conditioning exercises that keep you fit no matter where you are!
Using nothing but your body weight and a few small tools you can stay in tip top shape and never lose anything you've worked hard to earn!.  This is also a great workout over your lunch hour to kick start your 2008 resolutions!
